About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns. The selected candidate must be capable of delivering consistent results, handling budgets efficiently, and improving lead quality across all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing).
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversion, Retargeting).
• Set up tracking, pixels, events, and conversion goals.
• Conduct daily performance monitoring and make data-driven adjustments.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and action plans.
• Work closely with the creative team for ad visuals and copy.

Strict Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience running both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and ROI-driven campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to independently manage budgets, optimize CPL, and improve lead quality.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work from our office.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

• Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification
• Experience with landing page optimization
• Experience working with service-based businesses
• Knowledge of A/B testing strategies
