We are looking for an experienced Government Tender & Procurement Officer who has hands-on experience working with Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy, Pakistan Air Force, and other Government Departments.
The ideal candidate must have complete understanding of PPRA Rules, tender documentation, and online tender portals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search & analyze government tenders (PPRA, Pak Army, Navy, PAF portals)
• Prepare & submit technical and financial bids
• Handle pre-qualification, bid bonds, bank guarantees
• Coordinate with internal departments for compliance documents
• Attend bid openings, clarification meetings & evaluations
• Maintain tender tracking & submission timelines
• Handle post-bid correspondence and objections if required
Required Experience & Skills:
✅ Minimum 3–5 years experience in government / defence tenders
✅ Practical experience with PPRA rules
✅ Familiar with Pak Army, Navy, PAF procurement procedures
✅ Strong documentation & compliance skills
✅ Ability to work under deadlines
✅ Good communication & coordination skills
Preferred (Big Plus):
⭐ Previous experience with defence contractors
⭐ Knowledge of tender evaluation & objection handling
⭐ ERP / Tender management software experience
