The Lead Development Officer (LDO) is responsible for generating new business leads through structured outreach strategies, including cold calling, market research, and client engagement. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet performance targets.
You will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Officers (BDOs) to ensure that all leads are aligned with the company’s broader sales strategy. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, follow up with prospects, and ensure that all interactions meet high-quality standards.
One of your primary responsibilities will be to generate leads through outbound calls. You will:
