BeetleOps is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. We work with multiple B2B clients across the United States, helping them execute high-impact email marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for multiple B2B clients
• Write compelling email copy and design high-converting email templates
• Manage audience segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign optimization
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with design and development teams for marketing assets
• Assist in content planning and SEO-related tasks (SEO knowledge is a plus)

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
• Familiarity with SEO is a strong advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Flexible work schedule — results and delivery matter more than fixed hours
• Position is based in Islamabad
