To lead Strategic and Operational Plans and provide leadership support to the Hospitals to ensure Financial Sustainability, Quality Patient Care, best undergraduate and postgraduate Teaching Programs, developing high Performance Teams, developing positive and productive culture, and positioning of RHS as Leading Healthcare brand.
Requirements
• Education: MBBS/MS Healthcare Management/MPH/MBA
• Experience: Minimum 15 years with 5 years of experience as Hospital Director
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
• To participate in strategic planning process for short term and long-term plans and finalizing Performance Targets for each teaching hospital.
• To build high performance teams in the hospitals through consistent leadership support, collaborative approach, empowering for decision making and achieving performance culture.
• To provide leadership support for developing marketing strategies to promote best healthcare services of hospitals in the regions with more focus on social media for ensuring the business development targets with consistent growth of list of panels and cash patients as defined in RHS five years plan.
Financial Management
• To participate in the budget planning process for Hospitals and arrange approvals of annual operative budgets from RHS Board for new financial year based on strategic planning process and Five years Hospitals target.
• To achieve Revenue and Profitability targets of the hospitals through best quality of healthcare services and closely monitor the progress on weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis.
• To explore new revenue streams by introducing new services and market based best practices in the hospitals and submitting proposals to the Executive Director with financial viability for arranging investment opportunities for financial sustainability.
Delivery of Health Services
• To ensure digital transformation of the hospitals and ensure the effective implementation of technology integration and hospital operations (Clinical / Non Clinical) via HIMS/ SAP.
• To achieve the transformation of Hospitals culture which encourages positivity, supporting others, sharing knowledge, taking responsibilities, flexibility for change, empowerment, to deliver excellent patient cantered care.
Quality Assurance
• To ensure Accreditation Canada/ JCI Quality standards are implemented in true letter and spirit and periodic audits are successful with highest scores with no deviations.
• To ensure that operational plans for best quality healthcare services are in place for the patients and ensuring outstanding patient experience in outpatient and Inpatient services through quality medical and nursing care.
Teaching Programs
• To ensure development and execution of quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programs in line with guidelines of (PMDC/CPSP) and arranging accreditation of all departments of the teaching hospitals.
• To achieve the implementation of Riphah Mission and Islamic Ethical Values in true spirit for staff at Teaching Hospitals by developing and monitoring mechanism where these values reflect in every course of action and behaviours.
