Key Responsibilities

As an Illustrator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Concept Development & Drafting

You will be responsible for preparing initial rough drafts based on project requirements, client briefs, and internal discussions. These drafts will act as the foundation for final illustrations and should effectively communicate the intended concept, theme, and style.

2. Creating Illustrations Using Mixed Techniques

A major part of your role will involve combining traditional hand-drawing and painting techniques with modern digital tools. You will create complete illustrations that seamlessly merge artistic creativity with technological precision.

3. Refinement & Enhancement

Once initial drafts are approved, you will refine your illustrations using advanced illustration software. This includes enhancing details, adjusting colors, improving composition, and ensuring that the final output meets professional quality standards.

4. Collaboration with Team Members

You will actively participate in brainstorming sessions and illustration briefs with colleagues, designers, and project managers. These discussions are essential to understand client needs, align creative direction, and produce impactful visual content.

5. Ensuring Quality & Consistency

You will ensure that all printed illustrations meet the required quality standards, especially in terms of color accuracy, resolution, and overall presentation. Attention to detail is critical to maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
